Show Me is an app that a coworker and I kicked around a couple of months ago. Basic premise is that its a scavenger hunt app. I designed this after we talked about it. Didn’t end up making it to code, but I’m still fond of the design.
Brinkr is an web app that a friend of mine is working on, think pintrest+reddit.
I designed this back when it was in alpha, it has since outgrown this design.
Had the initial design a couple of years ago, but redesigned it last week for the Cotton Bureau.
Superhero Genesis: A minimalist poster series.
I designed a poster series focusing which highlights each heros’ origin and current state. Minimalist style with a monochromatic color scheme. Check it out on kickstarter!

Designed this for a client pitch. To be printed as a vehicle decal. All vector in order to scale up for large format printing.
I made an UpDown vote gif as practice. I’m not sure if this had already been done with this clip, but whatever the case, feel free to use it.

4th superhero poster finished! I chose Green Lantern for two reasons.
1. A friend suggest John Stewart, who was always my favorite Green Lantern.
2. The Green scheme rounds out the series and gives it a nice balance.
I might tone down the vignette for final printing, but otherwise, I really dig it, one of the stronger pieces compositionally.
Third poster in my super hero series.
A friend requested I do Dark Phoenix, but I wasn’t confident in the heroes back story. After a bit of research I discovered that Jean Grey (Dark Phoenix before her transformation) activated her telekinetic powers after a friend died in her arms as a child.
I decided to show her in a more ethereal form, rather then in costume. Dark Phoenix was approaching a higher level being, so I thought this played up the ‘Alien’ aspect of her personality.
Played with the layout a couple of times, before I decided on this composition. Might go back and do some more color correction, but I’m pleased with the result.
A friend noted that the Man Party logo I designed looked like him, sans turban, so I added ones for kicks.
